denuder system (tube or assembly)

An apparatus used to separate gases and aerosols (over a given diameter) which is based upon the difference in @D01716@ velocity between gases and @A00176@ particles. Usually a tube containing a selective internal wall coating which removes the gaseous compounds at the wall.
