of a Mössbauer spectrum
https://doi.org/10.1351/goldbook.C00931
The centre of a Mössbauer spectrum is defined as the Doppler-velocity at which the @R05326@ maximum is (or would be) observed when all magnetic dipole, electric quadrupole, etc. hyperfine interactions are (or would be) absent. The contribution of the second order Doppler shift (\(\delta _{\text{T}}\)) should be indicated, if possible.
