Software Used in this Version of the Gold Book

This version of the online Gold Book is very different from the previous version. It takes the terms and definitions and puts them in a database so that the webpages can be generated dynmanically, as requested. This makes it easier to maintain and update both content and functionality.

In order to do that this is a 'software stack' that is used to store the data, create the pages, and style the pages. Here is a running list of software (open source) being used:
