fluorescence error

in spectrochemical analysis
Some samples are excited to @F02453@ by the incident radiation beam. When added to the transmitted radiation beam this @F02453@ results in an erroneous @R05189@ called the @F02453@ error. It is particularly noticeable if the photodetector is situated close to the sample.
