The temperature (more precisely, narrow temperature range) above which the @S05740@ of a @S06194@ rises sharply. At this temperature the @S05740@ of the surfactant becomes equal to the @C01395@. It is best determined by locating the abrupt change in slope of a graph of the logarithm of the @S05740@ against \(t\) or \(\frac{1}{T}\).
