Lineweaver–Burk plot

A plot of the reciprocal of velocity of an enzyme-catalysed reaction (ordinate) versus the reciprocal of substrate concentration (abscissa). The plot is used to graphically define the maximum velocity of an enzyme-catalysed reaction and the @M03891@ for the enzyme.
