perfectly polarized interphase
Differences from the behaviour of @I03118-1@ containing only neutral species arise when the @I03118-2@ may be described as perfectly polarized. This term is used when no charged component is common to both phases adjoining the @I03118-2@. This may arise as a result of the equilibrium conditions or from the kinetics of charge transfer and leads to an @I03118-2@ impermeable to @E01923@.
